Policies and Shipping
We ship UPS Ground , Fed Ex or US Postal Service. Purchased items ship within 24-48 hrs excluding Sunday and Holidays for in stock products. Out of stock and custom orders please allow specified time. Every effort is made to fill your order as soon as possible. You may check the status at anytime in Order Tracking under the Information section.Larger heavier items will ship by the most cost efficient, delivery as possible. In the case of Drop Shipping we coordinate with the manufacturer to ensure delivery to you.All shipping cost associated with Larger items and Drop Ship will be billed according to the actual order.
SHIPPING FEES - are calculated by weight with a 6.95 minimum shipping charge. Shipping charges are calculated for USA .All shipping outside the USA will be charged the amount of the actual shipping charges as well any products noted . Insurance is available in addition to shipping fees for damage or theft beyond our control.
Never is there a handling charge or fee on any order.
NOTE: Some items may be eligible for special reduced shipping fees or calculation and will be noted on each page of the product listing.
GALLERY GRAPHIC products: Shipping charges for this item are determined by location and weight and will be billed as actual charges incurred . Shipping will not calculate at check out in the Shopping Cart. Your charges will be emailed prior to shipment for approval. Combined shipping for mulitple items will apply.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us so if for some reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise we will accept returns within 10 days from delivery excluding custom orders. Misrepresented returns will not be eligible for credit. Return items that become lost or damaged during shipping and have not been insured void all refund and credit.

We take great care in packing your items to insure that they arrive without damage however sometimes this occurs. If there is any damage to your merchandise please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately so we may assist you in a damage claim for insured items or insured.
PLEASE NOTE : Included in every order are instructions for returning your merchandise should it not be acceptable or delivered damaged. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
